Social – Behind the Cart, Pork & Cheese

behind the cart menu 8-11Several mobile food vendors are getting together to put on an underground dinner that will end with an informal discussion.  Michael Davidson modeled Behind the Cart after VH1’s Behind the Music.  With the first event in San Francisco only few months ago, this is the first Behind the Cart in the East Bay.  The theme: America, the Bold and Tasty. By the way, there are only a few tickets left, so don’t wait if you’re interested.

Boucherie Meats will host a Pork CSA at People’s Grocery in West Oakland. Everyone who buys a ticket will get a pound of their signature Bacon, Tasso, or Andouille Sausage. And, if that’s not enough pork for you, there will also be pork shoulder sandwiches for sale.
