Frugal – Oakland Restaurant Week

I have some good news.  The 2nd annual Oakland Restaurant Week started on Friday and continues through the weekend.  This means more than 3 dozen restaurants are offering special menus priced at $20, $30 and $40.  Last year, I had an incredibly satisfying 3 course dinner at Chop Bar, with an unlimited (!) glass of wine for $30 – and it looks like they’re offering a similar menu this year.  Good deal, right?
