What are your plans for Passover?  If you’re cooking at home, don’t be afraid to get a little help.

Rockridge Market Hall will have plenty of heat-and-serve dishes including the housemade Charoset, Horseradish, Scott’s Famous Chopped Liver, Matzoh Ball Soup, Savory Potato Kugel, Gefilte Fish and Moroccan Chicken in Sweet & Spicy Tomato Sauce. They’ll be available from 4/11 – 15.

The Local Butcher Shop is offering Lamb and Brisket, along with Schmaltz, Poultry Stock and Pastured Eggs.  Place your order by Friday.

If you’re not into cooking this year, Grand Lake Kitchen will do it for you.  They’re serving Matzoh Ball Soup, Beet Salad, Smoked Trout Dip, Roasted Bone Marrow and Braised Chicken Thighs.  All of the dishes are available for take out too.

There are lots of dishes on the menu including Chicken Soup and Kneidlach, Chopped Liver, Roasted Walnut & Pea Chopped ‘Liver,’  Marin Sun Farms Braised Brisket and Poached Salmon Salsa Verde. Reservations are recommended.
