Hey guys, it’s time to get ready for Oakland Restaurant Week! From 1/15 – 1/25, restaurants will have special prix fixe lunch and dinner menus for $20, $30 and $40. It’s a good opportunity to check out new spots and revisit your old favorites.
We had a great time talking and eating and drinking at my 5th anniversary party a few months ago. People kept saying we should do this more often, so I decided to start East Bay Dishing, a monthly restaurant meetup. We’re going to eat our way through the East Bay – fancy, casual and everything in between, starting with Oakland Restaurant Week. It’s all about good food and good people, so you should join us! The first restaurant will be Hawker Fare, and here’s the special menu for Oakland Restaurant Week:
