It’s almost guaranteed to be “muy caliente” at the Dashe Wine Open House tomorrow when the Paella Man, Gerard Nebesky (the guy who beat Bobby Flay in a Throwdown last year) will serve several varieties of the traditional Spanish dish. Of course, Dashe will pair the wines and also offer barrel tastings and live Spanish music will complete the mood.
