Learn everything you wanted to know- and then some- at the 40th Annual Fungus Fair at the Livermore Hall of Science.  Eat edible mushrooms, watch culinary demonstrations and learn about poisonous mushrooms.  There will also be lectures, art projects and Don’t forget to BYOM (Bring Your Own Mushrooms) because mysologists (mushroom scientists) will be on hand to identify unknown specimens.

Randall Graham, founder and president-for-life of Bonny Doon Vinyard, will be inducted into the Culinary Institute of America’s 2010 Vinters Hall of Fame.  To celebrate this and his new book Been Doon So Long: A Randall Grahm Vinthology,” Oliveto will serve a special dinner paired with Bonny Doon wines.   Don’t be late because the author will tell the behind-the-scenes stories before dinner.
