Penelope opened this summer and finally got their cable hooked up! Don’t forget about them next time you go out to watch a game. When I went a few weeks ago, the Oaktown Heat cocktail was both refreshing and surprisingly spicy and the crisp green bean salad was expertly dressed with a tangy mustard vinaigrette. The next time I’m in Downtown Oakland during lunch time, I’ll be there to try the tomato soup and grilled cheese.
