Adesso has one of the best happy hours around. From 5 – 6 and again from 11-12, they serve free food. And we’re not talking about mixed nuts – it’s real food. Salads, panini and some of their famous salumi are continuously replenished by chef-owner Jon Smulewitz. When I was there last week, I drank two grapefruit gimlets ($9 each), made 3 trips to the free food counter and was a very happy girl.
