Dopo holds periodic Regional Sunday Dinners, and this is with wine importer Dino Capprioti. The featured region in Italy is Marche and the 4 course dinner includes fried stuffed olives, flatbread with pork cracklings and a classic 12 layer lasagna. Is it just me, or does that sound pretty amazing?
