Ozumo is hosting master brewer Philip Harper, who was the only foreigner to win a gold medal in the 2009 Japan National Sake Appraisal. Ozumo’s Executive Chef Yo Matsuzaki will serve sushi, small plates and snacks with Harper’s sakes.
