Telegraph Café opened a few weeks ago and features chef John Mardikian’s (formerly of Mua) house made sausages. I tried the Philly Cheese Steak ($9), a beef and cheddar sausage with pickled peppers on a toasted bun. Meaty, slightly cheesy, with a touch of heat and acidity: this thing had me murmuring “yummmm” after every bite. Everyone keeps mentioning the Bahn Mi so I’ll have to try that one next time. By the way, there’s a party-sized patio and they serve beer on tap and wine by the glass. Telegraph is open daily: Tue-Fri: 11am – 10pm and Sat-Sun: 10am – 10pm
