It’s an “Olde English Inn” three course dinner with Pat Paulsen Vineyard wines served in between acts. This is the menu: “a medley of cheese and fruit appetizers, County spring salad with fresh spinach & greens, heirloom tomatoes, dressed w/ Raspberry Vinaigrette, Choice of entree (Brit’s Boeuf Bourguignon ~ A wonderful dish, raising the simple stew to an art form served over piping hot noodles, Queen Ann’s Lamb Stew ~ Savory niblets of roasted lamb with spring garlic, tomatoes, white beans, carrots, green beans, atop soft buttered egg noodles, Viceroy’s Vegetarian Vittles~ Hearty Lebanese Passticcio is Gluten free Garbanzo bean base with onion, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and artichoke hearts) and Chocolate Trifle Dessert.
