Last month, I mentioned Actual Cafe’s upcoming sister restaurant, Victory Burger. The project is well underway, and a Kickstarter campaign has been launched to help with building improvements. To celebrate, owner Sal Bednarz is hosting a Cookout on Memorial Day and will be passing out free tastes of burgers, vegan arepas and Victory Pickles. The grill will start on the sidewalk at 2pm and will go until the food runs out.
