Nosy – Cafe Clem Reincarnated

After closing Cafe Clem on 7th Street in 2008,  it reopened in the former Bartlett’s Organic Coffees & Teas space a couple weeks ago.  Also, the owner of La Note Restaurant, Dorothée Mitrani-Bell’s new place “mixes urban chic with the soothing warmth of Parisian cafes.”  The menu includes several egg dishes for breakfast,  and sandwiches and salads for lunch. There’s an impressive pastry counter and I was happy to see Starter Bakery’s salty-sweet Kouign Amann and IndieCakes’ addictive macarons.
