Boilerhouse Restaurant is serving a special Cinco de Mayo menu, and each course paired with a tequila.  Check it out: Quail egg huevos rancheros, Local halibut-day boat scallop ceviche and watermelon radish, Chile-garlic gulf shrimp, Niman ranch beef short ribs, agave demi, spicy smashed yukon gold potatoes, grilled okra, Seared duck breast, polenta galette, tequila soaked dried cherries, blood orange sauce and Blood orange flan and tequila whipped cream.
