Here’s another option for Uptown. After months of construction, Stag’s Lunchette looks like it will open in the next week or so. Bar Dogwood owner Alexeis Filipello is opening her new breakfast and lunch spot around the corner, which will serve bagels from Baron Baking, sandwiches, salads and house made pickles, porchetta and salumi. This picture is from recipe testing a few weeks ago, and I sincerely hope this baby makes it on the menu: “Crabcake sando on brioche with fried pancetta and pickled fennel aleppo aioli.” Yowza.
