Social – Oaxacan Feast

Chef Peter Jackson has been eating (and blogging) his way through Mexico for the past month and he’s going to share what he learned.  I’ve volunteered at several Canvas Underground dinners so and believe me when I say Chef Peter is very talented.  Here’s the menu: Sopa de Flores de Calabaza y Elote, Tlayuda de Nopal, Hongos y Quesillo, Amarillo de Camarrones, Pechuga de Pavo con Mole Negro, Nieve de Durazno con Chile Pasilla de Oaxaca. The dinner will be in Oakland and the address will be emailed before event.
