Café Rouge’s 11th Annual Think Pink, all Rosé Dinner is tomorrow. At least ten rosés from Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant will be served by the glass and paired with dishes including Grilled Sardine Crostini with Avocado and Marinated Torpedo Onions, White Corn Fritters with Cilantro Plum Sauce, Peaches and Crispy Guanciale Salad with Frisée, Curly Red Mustard Greens and Shallot Vinaigrette, Summer Cassoulet with Confit Quail, Rabbit Boudin and Fresh Shell Beans, Spit-roasted Hoffman Chicken with Red Corn Pudding and Pipérade Sauce.
