If you just need a pie to finish up Thanksgiving dinner, you might want to check out IndieCakes.  Chef/owner Anastasia Widiarshih always manages to coax the best flavors out of sustainable ingredients.  Trust me, I used to be her intern.  This year, she’s making Organic Pumpkin Pie ($26, roasted butternut squash, cinnamon, nutmet and a hint of ginger), Maple Pecan Pie ($29, toasted pecans, pure maple syrup with a hint of orange zest), Par-baked Pie Crust ($6, handmade all-butter pie shells ready to fill) and Gluten-Free Pie crust (add $3). Orders will be taken until Mon, 11/19 and pickup will be Wed, 11/21, 9am – 3pm.
