Thirsty – New Cocktail Menu

photo: Christina Mitchell

You might remember that Cory and Sylvia McCollow opened Nido for breakfast and lunch about two months ago. Since then, they have added brunch and dinner and I’m happy to report their full liquor license came through last week.  Starting with Margaritas, the plan is to add new cocktails every week.  I stopped by and tasted an Ese Viejo, which was just added to the menu last night.  Smoky, boozy, tart and sweet, it’s their version of an Old Fashioned (Alipus San Juan Mezcal, Bitters, Organic Agave and Orange, $10).
