To celebrate the release of her new book, Ethiopian Pepper & Spice, Cafe Colucci owner Fetlework Tefferi is hosting two events in one day. The African American Museum & Library will have an Ancient Ethiopian Cookware Exhibit with Honey Wine and appetizers and Cafe Colucci is introducing an Ethiopian Brunch sampler featuring dishes like Inkulal Firfir (Scrambled eggs and jalapenos sauteed with clarified and seasoned butter) and Kinche (Cracked bulgur wheat served with honey).
