Kitchener artisans have been selling their products at pop-up markets since the shared kitchen opened last summer. I even made pound cakes for the Thanksgiving market. This month, vegetarian and vegan items will be offered by Barbarian Gourmet, Green & Go, Green Girl Bakeshop, Javi’s Cooking, Lila Nell’s, Picnic Bakery, SunnySide Catering, Stroopie Gourmet and Three Trees. Oh, and I should also mention the wine tasting by Selection Massale. And the free beer.
