Janet Fletcher knows a thing or two about cheese. She writes a weekly cheese column in the Chronicle and teaches cheese appreciation classes. She’s the author or co-author of 25 books, several of them about cheese, and she won three James Beard awards. Just released on Monday, Cheese & Beer is her newest book and she’ll be at Rockridge Market Hall signing copies. Oh, and there will be free tastings.
