New entrepreneurs are taking advantage of the new Cottage Food Law that allows some food to be prepared at home instead of a commercial kitchen. Some of these businesses will be at the third Bay Area Homemade Market selling locally made jam, crackers, mustard, cupcakes, cookies and more.
