Chef Jason Henry was a professional artist before he decided to go to pastry school. So it’s fitting that Pop Art Bakeshop, which just opened last week, combines his two passions. Everything is made in small batches with all natural and seasonal ingredients, with taste and appearance in mind,. Some of the items on the menu include Pastries, Biscuits, Grandma’s Fudge 2.0, Cheesecake Lollipops and lunch will be added soon.
