It seems like yesterday when I met Eurydice Manning and saw her cupcake shop just before it officially opened. James and the Giant Cupcake is turning two this week! To celebrate, they will be handing out free mini cupcakes to customers who visit the shop on Thursday. They’ll also be doing a raffle and the prizes are a dozen mini cupcakes and a tote bag. And, for all you artists out there, they’re having a poster contesttoo. Winning posters will be framed and hung in the shop and prizes include gift certificates, t-shirts, aprons, and cupcakes.
