10th & Wood,“a very eclectic neighborhood café specializing in Oakland cuisine,” also opened last week. I’m not exactly sure what Oakland cuisine is, but the test menu includes bacon, eggs, potatoes, sandwiches and salads. Sounds like a welcome addition to the neighborhood, right?
