Remember when Chef/owner Charleen Caabay signed a lease for her restaurant in March? Since then, she’s been posting pictures of her progress with the build out on Facebook and just announced tomorrow’s soft opening. The restaurant is called Kain’bigan, which means “let’s eat, my friends” in Tagalog and will serve Filipino comfort food like Chicken Adobo, Pancit Noodles, and of course, Lumpia. Can’t wait to check it out!
