We had a great spring and summer, sharing dishes from a cookbook at our monthly potlucks in Mosswood Park. Now that it’s getting cooler, we decided to go back to reading food memoirs and meeting inside. For next month, we chose Farm City: The Education of an Urban Farmer by Novella Carpenter, which is all about an Oakland farm (hmmm…maybe we should go on a field trip). Anyway, you should join us for drinks, snacks and conversation! All you have to do is sign up, read as much as you can and meet us at Room 389.
