Jennie Schacht, who wrote i scream SANDWICH is hosting a Double Melt Dinner at Sweet Bar Bakery with Stephanie Stiavetti, one of the authors of the recently published Melt: The Art of Macaroni and Cheese. Here’s the menu:

Pan-Fried Mac & Cheese:   classic macaroni in a creamy cheese sauce, coated in panko breadcrumbs and pan fried for a crispy finish (speck/bacon or vegetarian)

Salad

Trio of ice cream sandwich minis: Pumpkin Ice Cream on Maple Sugar Cookies, Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream on Fudge Brownies and Recchiuti Burnt Caramel Ice Cream on Brown Butter Blondies
