Oakland Grown is encouraging you to shop locally on Plaid Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. To make it easy for you, 20+ local artisans will be at ten bars around town (Bar Three Fifty-Five, Bench & Bar, District, Hutch, The Layover, Luka’s, Pacific Coast Brewery, Telegraph, The Trappist, Uptown Nightclub). And I hear there will be drink specials too!
