Chop Bar is celebrating Cinco de Mayo from 5/2 – 5/5 with a special menu of dishes like Chili Colorado de Cola de Res, Burrito Mojado, Enchiladas en Salsa Terremoto, and Torta Ahogado de Puerca. Linden Street Brewery made a special Mexican pilsner and there will also be drink specials (Palomas and Smoky Margaritas, etc.) and plenty of sipping tequila.
