Since it’s almost summer, we decided to have a potluck next month. All you have to do is choose a recipe from the cookbook, make the dish and bring it to Mosswood Park to share. It’s always fun, so you should join us!
We chose Vegetable Literacy by Deborah Madison, which “reveals the surprising relationships between vegetables, edible flowers, and herbs within the same botanical families, and how understanding these connections can help home cooks see everyday vegetables in new light.” I have a feeling it’s going to be educational and delicious.
