This was my first interview for the blog!  I tried to be honest and Krista did a great job of explaining my thoughts.

I’ve heard good things about Benchmark Pizzeria and they’re hosting a Capay Valley Harvest Dinner next week.  Sounds like a good day to check it out!

This is interesting…Ozumo is having a Cocktail Theatre, a show “with elements of History Channel meets “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” – all while there is a drink or two in your hand.”

Jack’s Oyster Bar & Fish House is starting a Sunday Seafood Supper menu next week.  You get 3 courses for $34, so it sounds like a pretty good deal.

Berkeley Dine Out is coming back so you can eat for a good cause.  Fifteen local restaurants will donate a portion of the proceeds to the garden-based learning program at Berkeley schools.

Tanya Holland is hosting Taste of the Nation East Bay this year and there are tons of local restaurants and wineries participating.

Get ready for Oliveto’s Truffle Dinners.  I went a few years ago and it was AMAZING.

IndieCakes is now taking orders for holiday pies made from scratch.  Choose between Pumpkin, Salted Caramel Pecan, Apple and Lemon Meringue.
