Prickly Pig had several dishes on their menu at the Laurel Street Fest, but everything else disappeared when I saw two of the most beautiful words in the English language:
PORK NACHOS
I mean… can you blame me?
Fritos, Stewed Pork, Green Onions, Shredded Cheese….oh yeah.
The bowl was overflowing and I made a big mess as I devoured every morsel.
