I’ve been to Firebrand Artisan Breads many times since they opened in November last year.
So I’ve had many delicious pastries, cookies and sandwiches, but they recently started a new lunch menu and I’ve got to tell you about the Kobe Roast Beef Sandwich.
Is it possible to fall in love with a sandwich? Because I think it just did…
It’s got cheesy provolone, spicy horseradish, red and caramelized onions, fresh greens and tender meat piled on a sturdy but tender Kaiser roll. At $13 (with a side salad), it’s a little more expensive than I’m used to, but I will gladly pay a few extra dollars for this work of art.
It was gooey and flavorful and the whole thing was so ridiculous, I had to document the experience on an Instagram story. And since those disappear after 24 hours, I also had to upload it to Youtube:
