Congratulations to chef-owner Luis Abundis, who is celebrating Nieves Cinco de Mayo‘s 5th anniversary at the Fruitvale Public Market. To thank customers for all of the support, there will be live music and free ice cream from 5 – 8pm. I haven’t tried all of his unique flavors, but so far my favorites are Guyaba (Guava) and Elote (Corn). Check it out!
