Social – Handmade Noodles

The Oakland Asian Cultural Center is bringing in the Year of the Snake with cultural performances, workshops and arts & crafts at the Lunar New Year Festival.  Partner restaurants in Chinatown will, of course, be taking care of the food.  I’ve never been to Sobo Ramen or Phonm Pehn before, but I will never forget the day Tina Tamale introduced me to Shan Dong’s handmade noodles.  Mind = blown.
