On Good Friday, Bocanova is serving an Ecuadorian dish called Fanesca, that’s traditionally only served the week before Easter. This soup is made with Salt cod cooked in milk, 12 different beans and grains and served with fried plantains, hard boiled eggs, onion salsa and a vegetarian empanada. And on Easter Sunday, the restaurant is offering a delicious sounding 4 course brunch: Yellow Crudo, Butter Lettuce & Spring Vegetable Salad, Crispy Duck Leg with Spicy Tamarind Sauce and Plantain Gratin and Strawberry Shortcake with Guava Curd and Housemade Chocolates ($25).
