Greg Eng and Jason Low, both former sous chefs at BayWolf, opened Trueburger about three years ago. They serve house-ground burgers and milkshakes hand-spun with fresh ingredients. If you haven’t been, stop reading and go right now! But seriously, Trueburger will always have a special place in my heart because it was my first burger in over 20 years. They shared some good news on Facebook last week – a second location will open sometime this winter. Yay, more burgers for everybody!
