Lungomare is hosting a beer dinner with Linden Street Brewery tomorrow. Chef Craig DiFonzo has planned a three course menu designed to be paired with three different lagers. Both the chef and brewer Adam Lamoreaux will be there to chat and answer questions. Here’s the menu:
Fava bean custard with micro arugula, pickled ramps with Town Lager
Roasted leg of lamb, red flint polenta, morels, spring peas with Urban Peoples Common Lager
TCHO Chocolate, pancetta chile torta, black lager gelato with Burning Oak Black Lager
