Everyone knows about First Fridays, but have you heard about First Thursdays on Grand? Me neither. Apparently, it started in May and the second event is coming up this week. Everyone who stops by a gallery will get a stamp, which makes them eligible for discounts from 15 participating businesses, including these bars and restaurants:
Miss Saigon — 15% off your total bill
Ikaros – $5 discount with $25 (pre-tax) purchase
Grand Tavern – Happy Hour extended to 9:00 p.m.
Cafe Romanat — One free beverage with purchase of entree
Connie’s Cantina — Free chips/salsa with purchase of entree
Kingman’s Lucky Lounge — 1/2 price wine, beer and well drinks
A few months ago, I told you about The Red Whale, a new wine bar/wine store that will open in a few weeks. There will be a preview on Thursday so neighbors can taste wine and see the space!
