Dishcrawl is getting ready for another event, this time in Old Oakland. It’s a progressive dinner with stops at four different restaurants in the neighborhood. With several restaurants that recently opened, and more on the way, it’s an exciting time for Old Oakland. When I went to the last one in Temescal, I joined a big group of cool people and had some interesting conversations (shout out to Temple Israel, who just entered the world of Twitter). The stops are top secret, but the organizer gave me a hint: fried chicken. Any guesses?
