A few months ago, Hopland-based Campovida Winery opened a tasting room at Linden Street Brewery. I stopped by for a wine tasting a couple weeks ago and at $10, it was a pretty good value. I tasted six wines, some of them unusual varietals. They were all so different and I could imagine them complimenting different types of dishes. Actually, Fist of Flour happened to be there that day and the guy working the counter suggested the perfect wine to pair with the pizza. Learning about the wine, and also the olive oil and honey produced on the land made me want to visit the vineyard. Hmm…road trip?
