Get ready for art, music, dancing, food and plenty of people watching. The family-friendly Art & Soul Festival is this weekend. Lisa Loeb and Leela James are the headliners, but there will also be local talent including Quinn Deveaux and the Westlake Middle School Jazz Quartet. But let’s talk about the food. Of course, traditional festival favorites like kettle corn and funnel cakes will be there, in addition to a few local food vendors including Uhuru Foods & Pies, Zella’s Soulful Kitchen, Blue Saigon, Doc’s of the Bay and Frozen Khusterd.
