Rick’s Supper Club at Bocanova

Bocanova chef-owner Rick Hackett started his monthly Supper Club a while ago, and he’s just announced the fall themes. Dinners will be on the first Thursday of the month and they sound intimate since they’re limited to 36 people. The family-style, five-course menu features Pan-American dishes and wine pairings. This month, the theme is Sustainable Seafood and winemaker Susie Selby of Selby Winery will pair the wines. Here’s the menu:

ENTRADA

December – Mangalistas (Pan-American dishes highlighting this emerging popular pork product, known for its luscious red meat and high-fat content that gives it a marble, buttery flavor.)
