After communicating on social media for at least a year, I finally met Shawn Walker-Smith of Tart! Bakery in person. I asked him where he likes to eat and he immediately mentioned FuseBox. We met for lunch and ordered KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), Karaage, Grilled Pork Belly (which came with Banchan), Beignets and Cream Cheese Chocolate Pudding for dessert. Everything was really good, but I can’t stop thinking about those spicy-sweet chicken wings (sigh). It was so nice getting to know Shawn in real life. We had a great time talking about several different things including women’s shoes, Graham Kerr and Curry Sweet Potato Pie.
