Grilled Cheez Guy’s Monthly Pop-Up

Michael Davidson, also known as the Grilled Cheez Guy, has won lots of awards for his signature dish, and now he’s going to be offering them at a monthly pop-up. He’ll be at Fred’s Deli on Friday and Saturday til midnight, so it sounds like a good option for dinner and late night munchies. This Friday is the kickoff and 100% of the proceeds are going to the victims of Typhoon Haiyan. Here’s the menu:

Grilled Goat: Vermont Creamery Cremont, bourbon glazed mushrooms, red pepper aioli

The Redwood Jam: Redwood Hill Farm Camellia w/ strawberries & raspberry jam

The Frenchy – 1776 Gruyere, Mozzarella, Caramelized Onion

McClure Pickles

The first 100 people will get free cheese and “its all top shelf stuff.”
