Brothers Mark & Jason Scott opened Authentic Bagel Company a couple years ago and have been making bagels and so much more in their small space:  “We make our own corned beef, brine and roast turkey, pickles, cookies, scones, muffins, cream cheeses, and we even cure our own lox. The demand has exceeded our facilities limit so we recently took over the space next door.”  Now, the Bagel Brothers are fundraising with a Kickstarter to cover some of the costs.  To support the local business, the JLD Cash Mob is planning an event on Thursday at Baia Pasta to get the community together. Everyone who makes a purchase or donation, will be entered in a raffle and the prizes look really good…a 2 hour kayak rental from California Canoe & Kayak, a $25 gift card to Blue Bottle Coffee and a $50 gift card to Centouno.
