If you haven’t made it to the the “new” Cesar Latino (like me), this might get you (us) over there: All drinks are 20% off during happy hour. And the happiness is not limited to weekday afternoons. Much like Adesso, they also have a late happy hour after 10pm Sunday – Thursday. As a reminder, the Oakland branch of the Spanish restaurant changed their focus to Latin American cuisine, while the Berkeley menu is still rooted in Europe.
